I was in need of a payday loan I filled out some applications and quilified for a loan thru Last chance cash advance. I filled out the appliaction and at the bottom of the website they have boxes for if you would like to have additional information on several topics, then at the very bottom they have two more boxes which one is for ID theft. I never checked any box I just hit the continue button after my application was filled. They deducted $31.98 out my account and said that my refund was declined. So I filed a dispute against them with my bank, and the process is still pending. Needless to say I never got a loan for them either.

I filed a dispute with my bank letting them know that I didn't authorize this transaction, That company has to prove that I did authorized it. I guess that they couldn't so I did get my money back but I think my bank gave it back to me and they are still in dispute with this company. So if you are in good standing with your bank I urge you to file a dispute to get your money back from this company and if anybody else has had a problem with this company do the same and maybe if enough people speak up on this company we can bring them out and DOWN.
