Last Chance Cash Advance - ID Theft Protection stealing from my checking account, fraud, Internet

I recieved my bank statement yesterday to find that I was over $700 in the negative. Upon further investigation and discussions with the bank, we came to find out that it was this payday place and their ID Theft protection HAHAHA as well as other services that they are charging me. Well.... I nor my husband has signed up for any of their loan or services, we didn't receive any cash advance from them and now we owe the bank a whole lot of money. The bank wants us to recoup the money and will put up on a payment plan for what we don't get back.

This is bullcrap because someone stole our account information and this backalley company from India proceeded to steal money out of my checking account without verifying the proper information. I spoke to someone today who informed me that they do not give refunds and her supervisor did not accept phone calls.

Needless to say I am very unhappy with both this company, whoever took my information as well as the bank. I would like to take legal action, I don't even know where to begin. They need to shutdown and arrest every single person in the payday loan industry.
