last chance payday loans - pdl theft protection basically got ripped off, scammed by a hidden company Nationwide

i am from iowa and was fillin out applications for online payday loans....i did this with last chance payday loans and low and behold in their terms and conditions is a hidden company that automatically takes money from your account called pdl theft protection....i did not sign up for this knowingly was noticed when the money came out of my account....i called the company and got the big run arround they didn't want to refund my money and still don't, would love for someone to do something about this.....they dupe people into havin this money taken out and then hide behind well it was in the terms and conditions...and yes but it was terms and conditions for a pay day loan not their protection services....i didn't want their service or need it but boy did they charge me for it and then not want to refund the money when i called them the frauds from who they were suppose to protect people from....

as many times as i called this company i was put on hold for 20 min or longer by a customer service rep sayin the were gonna get me a supervisor...well that doesn't happen

so if anyone can do anything about this or wants to try im with ya
