Beware of Jeff Annett of Last Mile Moving Solutions, he is not honest, competent, or customer service oriented.  He was contracted to move my household goods within Colorado - load one day and deliver the next.  He was late the first day causing everything to go awry and then wanted to blame everyone else - but ultimately charge me for his incompetence.  I had to store things at my nieighbors.  They were not careful with my items - broke stuff, hurt the walls and floors, and then he was late again because instead of driving everything out to be unloaded at one time he took stuff to the home, drove the full truck back to the other home and took HOURS to get back to unload.  Felt like I was always seeing his workers waiting on him.  They slowed way down and dawdled when they knew I was complaining about the amount of time they were taking and that I didn't want to pay for them sitting on my patio furniture waiting for him to show up.  They also damaged my stuff (tore off a complete side panel to one of couches, broke a large metal wall fixture, tore out fixtures in my bathroom, and split a piece off of one of my antiques).  Then to top it off they stole a large industrial dolly that I HAD.  The owner, Jeff, will not return my calls - they even took all the hardware to my son's bunk beds so we can't put it back together.  They would not reassemble the furniture that they took apart or bring back the items they took - dolly, hardware, pieces to my bookshelves, etc.   He spent hours complaining, would not listen to any direction (kept shuffling the same boxes around and around - just to rack up more time and complaining)  He went on and on about his "recent divorce"!  Just made you want to run screaming from the building!!!! (and then knowing you would have to pay him more because of his incompetence and that he won't fix or replace the broken items - jiminey) The move was a complete disaster!  It will cost more than 1K just to get everything back together.  went from a bid of 2100 to 3000 and of course they took some of my things.
