Flaky company.

I signed up for Autorenew two years ago. It autorenews last year and that is fine. This year, I switched to BitWarden (I recommend it) Before being billed, I turned off auto renew. I wanted to delete my card, but they don't let you delete payment (even if you just want the free service). You can only update your card to another card.

Whatever. I double checked. Auto renew is disabled. Today, I see a payment on my bank statement. I log in and autorenew is enabled again. I didn't do that. I disable it again and contact them. No REFUNDS. I was told to disable autorenew and enjoy my year of premium services.

That's it. They can charge you against your will and offer no refunds.
