lastpass Insisted that I change my overall password,then their recovery procedure was very confusing! Internet

I have used Lastpass for a number of years, and I kept being told to change my master password.  I finally decided to do this, and in the process, I could not see what I was typing (they should have had a way to see what was typed if I wanted it). Evidently I typed something wrong,so I did not know my master password and was locked out of my files.  Their recovery system was very confusing, and somehow I could not recover all the passwords I had saved in LastPass!

It is taking me many days of work to try to recover all of my passwords, some of which I use very seldom, but which are important to me!  The finally told me to delete my records and start again!  They do not provide any personal contact with someone to help with this problem, onlyvia email (in the age when chat systems are used by most companies!

In my opinion, they should have a procedure to be able to recover a users files without re-entering all of the sites again, and they should have online support!
