Lavino myeskada BBA*Agnestrial Terms and conditions state a refund, but do not state what the refund actually will be. ONLY 50% of what you PAID St. Petersburg Florida

The Lavino Trial is a total rip off.  As stated by all previous writers the same occurred with me.  RMA# issued for refund. Returned to company in St. Petersburg Florida. I paid for shipping back as this product is the worst creme I ever used. No where in the terms and conditions of the refund policy does it state that you will receive only 50% back because the product it used.  Of course it's used.  You had to trial the stuff to see if you like it or not!  What a shady scam. The refund policy states: 3.2 Refund policy: All refunds should appear back on your credit card in 5-7 business day.  It doesn't say 100% of the refund - and it doesn't say 50% of the refund.  It simply does not say.  That was the argurment I received from Robert and Cameron who are the 2 morons they put on the telephone to try to negate that what they are doing is good consumer practice.  I don't know how these guys sleep at night. What a rip off.
