 While ordering something on internet the page said I had one an offer, Lavish skin care trial bottle if I paid shipping. There were no terms & conditions attached. Now they have taken $89.73 out of my checking account and will not return it to me.

When I called them all the man would say is "you signed the agreement". I asked him to fax to me the aggrement I signed, he said he could not do that. I asked him the web site to go to to see my aggreement and he said "lavishskincare,com" I could not find it on the web site and he said "well it is there".

At the beginnig of the call it said it could be recorded, I hope it was.
