Law Office Of Mitchell N. Kay, P.C Billing me the same amount 3 years later New York New York

My husband had an account with T-Mobile years ago, when we got married we got rid of it and went with Verizon. I had paied them in full back in the summer of 2005.. for $206.25. Now hear we are almost 3 years later, and out of the blue we get a letter from this law office stating that we have 30 days to respond for lack of payment of the $206.25.

When I called the firm first they hung up on me, then i was told that yes the payment was sent BUT i still owed the $206.25. I can understand if i made a small amount of a mistake, but to owe the same extact amount??? HELLO????

So now i am trying hard to get the bank send a record and write a letter before my 30 days are up!

I think its a scam, i think that T-Mobile should have sent us a letter if there was a problem back in 2005.. after reading about this agency i feel they are after everyones money.
