i recently checked my credit report and found this negative entry from law offices of m.n.kay saying i owe $200.00 and i know i don't owe that to them, i have never used their services, i don't owe anyone 200.00 i have never heard of them nor have i been contacted by these people and i am mad as h-ll because my credit score is affected by this i am filing a complaint with the attorney general of new york state and i will fight this scam to the end see they think that they can file something on your credit report and the just to clear your report you will pay it off without questioning it thats their little scam but not me i will fight back

Lawyer Mitch Kay is also involved with Plaza Associates and MKM Acquisitions. His organizations have a bad reputation for FDCPA and FCRA violations. They hire under-trained semi-desperate collectors who are hell-bent on a paycheck at any cost.
