Law Office Of M.N. Kay entered a negative enquiry on my credit report saying i owe them $57.00. they have never contacted me to resolve this "debt". New York New York

Law office of M.N. Kay is fruadently posting negative information towards my credit saying i owe $57.00 which is no problem at all to pay, however I will not pay anything for a bogas claim.

I have never done business with these people and have no unpaid debts what so ever. I have research this company and was quickly amazed by the amount of people that are in an unusaul similair situation.

These people have never sent a letter or called me to settle this debt and just all of the sudden started posting on my credit report in janurary this year.
First ive been in England the past three years, second I was in Kuwait in the past 10 months as I am in the military. I find it hard to believe I have a recent unpaid debt in the U.S. or for that matter any debt at all.

I have filed a complaint to the New York State Bar Association including thier bar numbers, And have been speaking with a military appionted lawyer. I intend to take this as far as I can.
