This firm started out without any issues. They stopped returning phone calls and got behind on their invoices. They received over $20,000 in marketing services, kept the potential revenue and have not spoken to us since. Doing some digging with the BBB, there have been numerous complaints filed against the firm. If anyone is offering marketing services to them, please require a pre-pay. We are not the only vendor that they owe money to so, this isn't an isolated incident.
