Law Offices Of Richard A Brennan Company has ruined my credit worse than it was before and is stealing my money Frederick Maryland

I also joined a company which was called Christian Financial. When I started with this company, I was well aware that after the first payment, it would be transferred to another ccmpany called Credicure. Evidently this company Credicure went out of business in February of 2006.

None of this was I made aware of. The money still came out of my account. I am constantly being harassed by creditors on these accounts. 5 credit card companies to be exact. I have tried to contact The Law offices of Richard A Brennan and have left numerous messages when their voice mailboxes have been available. Most times they are full. I have left them messages to contact me numerous times, to no avail.

I am reporting them to the Attorney General in the State of Maryland, and I have put a stop payment on my check. I need to do this monthly.

My bank has advised me to send them a letter telling them that they are not to take anymore money out of my account. This letter will be sent certified mail.

If they do take another payment out, then there is an affadavit that can be filled out to stop this unlawful withdrawl of my funds.

I am most interested in being part of a class action lawsuit.
