Lawton Child Support Enforcement Keeping good people down and making money off of them Lawton Oklahoma

Well I have been dealing with child support for sometime. From when my daughter's mom decided to run off (while pregnant mind you) to New Mexico, while we were still seniors in high school. That's where her parents live. Now that I think about it. It almost seemed planned out, because after high school I was going into the Navy. That would have meant money for her and no work for it. But that fell through and I continued trying to get ahold of someone I thought cared for me as much as I did her, plus she was having my kid. Sadly enough I am here writing this.

From being ignored and not allowed to be there for her birth or have visitation or communication, 7 yrs go by. She is now 8.During that time she ran from New Mexico to Arizona and who knows. And I still got no rights on the matter. My child was kidnapped by her mother and allowed to do what she wants while the father has to sit and pay the bills she charge up. I have to pay child support but the office in my town decided to raise my child support to 15,368 and rising..this happened when I was able to get a job outside of this town inwhich i was blackballed from employment.

After me that job which I may be filing another report on parted ways( to say it nicely). My Drivers license was threatened..ok understandable but wait. Every job that would have allowed me enough money to pay support and live off of it required a valid drivers license which I no longer have. Many times before it was taken I tried to explain what was going on to my so - called- case worker. At the time I had a job that rarely paid a portion of a bill, she felt it wasn't enough and filed for my license being revoked. Now I have car payments, insurance and more staking up my life is ruined to the thanks of these people.

While the mother of my child has a liter of child with many other men just to file child support. She has returned to New Mexico and hasn't even looked for employment since she graduated high school in 99. where is the justice in this? I want my daughter more than anything, as well as not to live in fear that anything from a Car to a House can be snagged away by the greedy child support enforcement.

On the 17th of January 2008 I called and asked about the review of a change in support was going and was told I am being summoned to court. If they want their payment they need to find her in the wrong and aloow me my license back and off their list so I may be able to get a real job and pay it off. Never said I didn't want to give my daughter support but I am not supporting her mother or 7 other children. If you can help please contact me
