Lazer Storm ripoff Promised to refund $206.85 within 21-30 business days on 2-7-06. This promise was made previous two months also Never returned money New York New York

I wrote several letters via email asking for them to refund a total of $206.85 since I never received vacuums as ordered. Each letter stated they wound refund within 21-30 business days and have not received refund. This is a copy of their response... (I have received the same response at least 3-4 times previously.
