LCS Financial LIED & STOLE $15,300 Englewood, Colorado

LSC Financial, Englewood Colorado, became the beneficiary of my 2nd mortgage charged off by Washington Mutual.  Our financial situation was bad, and WAMU modified our mortgage and sent our 2nd to collections. WAMU said dont worry about it. Well, our situation got worse, so we saw a bankruptcy attorney, he told us that the second would have to be paid or reafirm if we wanted to keep our house.  LCS financial sent us a letter stating we owed like $43,000 but they on behalf of Washington Mutual were willing to accept $15,300 aspayment in full and release of all liens held on the property. We sent them the money and the lien has never been released. I've called alot and get the run around, told they will check into it, will call back within 24 hours and no one ever does. I have filed a complaint with the MO Att. General, and waiting for response from these people.  Now we about to lose our home, thanks to this company. The $15,300 was borrowed off my 401k, at $88  a week for 5 years, we thought we would pay them, get the lien released and if our situation didn't improve, atleast we could sell the house if the lien was released. LSC took us to the cleaners.
