Le Baleux Lunata overcharge Nevada

I ordered the samples. Paid for shipping. They then sent me product I did not want and did not order (I read the fine print!) and charged my credit card. I phone and cancelled. They promised to remove all charges.

It was timed so that a second charge was billed before I got the first one, so they only removed one of the two. I am still being billed $188.29!

My credit card company removed the first charge. LeBaleux sent a credit for that, too, but are still billing me for the second shipment - which never happened. They gave me cancellation #55960031

I have tried to phone this company again but their phone connection is too poor to hear the words and the credit card company says I still owe them.
