i was interested in the free trial of a skin cream, and intended to order this free trial. I put in my credit card information to pay the shipping charges, but before completing the transaction the website told me it would also send me two other free trials, each with shipping charges, and I smelled a scam and left the website without completing the transaction.

Today three charges showed up on my credit card, for the three shipping charges. I called the company, and they said I DID complete the transaction, which I did not. They said they had sent the product. They also said I had agreed to recurring charges for these three products, which I definitely did not do. If they are doing this to me, then they are doing it to many others. They agreed to stop the recurring charges, but refused to refund the original three charges.
