Leaders Merchant BBVA, They are resellers for First Data, Clover They have taken over 700 in the past two months from my acct with permission. They are Scam Artist Stay Away from Leaders Merchant- bbva Birmingham Alabama

Where do I start? I called leaders to get a merchant account the selling pitch was good. They said no contract or early termination fee and rates at 1.2 percent. I sent them all the information about my companies. After a day they sent me the online processor gateway let me tell you something my phone on 2g is faster.

I could not even process one payment. I get on the phone with tech support they transferred me over 8 times finally after screaming at them they said they will have a supervisor contact me. Im still waiting next I get an email that I was not PCI compliant so there on the phone with them for over 2 hours and still no help or answers. I look at my acct the next day and 200 was taken out when asked why they couldn't give me a reason.

I am still waiting for a refund. I have not even processed a 1.00 with them because nothing works. When asked to terminate my terminals nevermind we only process online payments they are trying to charge me 350 per terminal. When asked why they said there is a contract in place. When asked about the contract they stated it was part of the terminals. I said I did not sign a contract and my rep said no cancellation fees.

They have taken over 700 from my acct and every time I call for a refund or get a supervisor they bounce you and the rep that signed you up is never there. Great scam you cant calls the bank that withdraws the money they tell me "leaders who " the bbva bank listed on their footer is not even in their network. IF you call first data they will not answer your questions and clover they are great if you are a client of them.

They took another 250 today out of my acct. I told my bank to do a stop payment on all withdraws from them but everytime is a cost of 50 and it takes a bit.  What gets me is this there is so so so many reports and fraud charges with this company all over the web and they are still doing this and no one suing them for the illegal practices and fraud and theft from companies. IF you are looking into a processor stay away from Leaders they will steal from you even if you have not processed a 1.00
