This company advertises custom leaning post to be delivered in 2-3 weeks.(now 4).I spoke to Jim about building me one.We came to an agreement one one to be built.He told me it would be done in 2-3 weeks.Called after 3 weeks to check the status.He told me it was almost done and it would be another week.Waited another 2 weeks and called the i was told i was being a pain in his a*s.(Hmmm thats great business etiquette!) And to wait another week.It was one excuse after another.
I sent him the full amount March 1st and now almost the end of April and still no lean post!
When i emailed them demanding my lean post or a refund Justin (an employee i guess) responded in an email stating DO YOU WANT THIS THING OR NOT? I DO NOT NEED THE PRACTICE WELDING!
(lol).I replied and said ummm yes i want it or a full refund asap!And also stated i had a custom t-top built in 3 days and that is a perfect example of someone that does not need the practice welding!

I don't think i have ever dealt with a company that has been as rude as these people!It wasn't untill i told them i was turning it over to my attorney that i was issued a refund.
My advice to the hard working people spend a little more and deal with a local business that you know and can be trusted.And if you do business with these people DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME UNTILL YOU HAVE YOUR PRODUCT!!! Or you will wait and wait and wait and be told every excuse in the book as to why you have not gotten what you payed for!
