I made the mistake of signing up for a "FREE TRIAL" which ended up costing $4.99 and then when I was unable to contact the company by phone to cancel and doind it by email on their own website email, I started receiving more of the product that I did not want. I returned the product, including the "FREE TRIAL" via USPS (with delivery confirmation) and still never received a credit for anything they charged me for. They obviously, charge people and have no intention of running a respectable business. I suppose they make quite a small fortune by ripping people off like this but I would hope our over reaching government would investigate companies like this?
