Leap Parts LLC Got the order took the money gave numerous misleading statements left me holding the bag. conyers, Georgia

In June 2009 we ordered 6 scooters from sales rep. BEN with an agreement of protected territory and PARTS/PROMOTION package. The scooters arrived as promised with 5 of 6 damaged or missing parts, and 2 of these units were substituted without our knowledge.  I notified BEN and was told that the issues that I had listed would be handled promptly. Numerous calls and faxes were rarely returned and when they were returned, the conversations were full of lies. Conversations with BEN, CAROL, and MEL all led to dead ends.  The 2 models that were substituted we have no MSOs-without them-they cant be sold-as part of the agreement we paid $2500 for a parts inventory/promotion package-NEVER delivered-So now we sit with 2 scooters we cant sell($749.00x2) and $2500 of parts never delivered-They will convince you with empty promises to fix issues but wont deliver-I absolutely will tell any dealer that there are many other distributors who can take care of you. I am in hopes that they will fulfill there business commitments BUT without any communication I have my doubts
