i ordered 10 mopeds and 10 helmets from a flyer faxed 6/14/2010 with the headline reading 4th of july sales -today only from leap parts mr greg lee  i called and was told if i would fax a check they would ship my order in 7 to 10 days and it would be no charge freight i called the following day and placed the order and received a fax confirming my order again i was told 7 to 10 days in time for july 4th                         i called on 6/24/2010 and asked about my order i was told it had been processed and it was in the shipping managers hands i again called the 25th and asked to speak to the shipping mgr i was told all mgrs were in a meeting left phone number no response i called on the 28th of june could not speak to mgr of any dept left phone number again called again the 30th  was told delay on shipping was due to holiday and the demand was overwhelming on the shipping dept my order that was in the shipping dept mgrs hand was now being processed  i started calling daily trying to speak to any one in mgt always in meetings told me to leave a number and a mgr would call me back never did  on 7/13/2010 i sent mr greg cook a fax in hopes he would have the diginity to be a man of truth unlike so many of his employees i received a fax from greg [don't know if lee or cook] apologizing for the delay and a fed -x number for tracking  big suprise fed -x didn't reconize the number however on his fax was a name kelbie in the shipping dept i contacted kelbie she stated she would find out about the order and in fact she was the first person to ever call me back except the first two days to get my check the mgt staff was readly available then       kelbie told me my order was being shipped on fed-x on 7/14/2010 and gave me a number to track i received 4 mopeds on 7/16/2010 one month after my check was cashed  i contacted kelbie on mon 7/19/2010 and asked where the other 6 mopeds and 10 helmets were and she said she would check again she sent me a fax stating the remainder of my order was being shipped out of the calif warehouse                  mr cook is deceitful in his business practices and i intend to get a refund or satisfaction in this matter money aside no one should be able to cheat and lie to steal under the mask of business this is the usa and we have laws that can and should be used to stop this kind of rip-off
