I felt there was no way to recover the money paid for this useless package that we bought and somehow today I ended-up reading Report: #196468 on this website and how Greg from NY found a way to get refunded. After reading Greg's Ripoff Report I have hope of getting our hard-earned money back, which we felt was never to be recovered.
My wife and I attended the Real estate wealth Expo at the Javitz center in NYC and bought this crappy DVD and CD, which is worthless.
We would like to get refunded as well by Bill Zanker and is company Learning Annex.
How should we go about recovering our money?
Should we file a complaint with the attorney general's office and consumer affairs at consumer.state.ny.us/ complaint.htm?
Please advise urgently as we would like our money back.
