I attended the Real estate wealth Expo on Oct 23rd and listened to Scott Scheel and Purchased his course for $1622.37 Only because the First 200 people and ONLY first 200 people to sign up would get him to come back for a SPECIAL one on one training boot camp.
I reviewed the first DVD and could'nt believe it was Verbatim, of the hour and half of Scheel talking about his life, and a cheap camera at that. I knew I had been had.
To make things worse, I receive an E-mail from non other than William Zanker, saying he GOOFED on Oct 23rd and was going to give the Scott Scheel Boot camp for FREE!!!! I just paid $1600. plus and he Goofed and was giving it for free?
I called the learning annex immediately and told them I wanted a refund for the Scott Scheel course on Oct 23rd in NY and was put into voice mail every time. I called them 4 times and then called Capital One.
I have been fighting with Capital One ever since. Telling them I was Deceived by Learning Annex,Scott Scheel and they said I didn't follow the 3 day cancellation. Well, unless I had a crystal ball, I wouldn't know that William Zanker would offer the course Boot Camp for free to All of the tri-state of New York or i wouldn't have bought Scott Scheels low grade DVD's.
On Capital One's advice, I sent back the tapes and got a confirmation from UPS that they were received on Dec 12th at 2:35 PM by a Brandon at the front desk in LA.
So now I've had No response from Learning Annex and Capital One has washed their hands, and I'm out the low grade DVD's and owe Capital One 1600.....Trump did say that night, "so this is what 4000 suckers look like

I thank the both of you for helping me resolve a simple dispute that never should have gone on as long as it did. Your website gave me the opportunity to get in touch with the "right" person who I needed to resolve my dispute.
I got in touch with Dominick and he resolved the dispute immediately. He did what my 100 Billion dollar credit card company could'nt.
If you ever have a dispute with the Learning Annex, get in touch with Dominick at their New York office.
He responds in a fair and timely matter

and went to directory for names.When I put your name in, they give extensions, but no name. Please verify a way to contact you.

Hundreds of students have learned from the Scott Scheel Commercial Property Program, and we regret that this student was not one our satisfied customers. The intensive Boot Camp the student signed up for, and the "free sample preview" seminar were two different events; the intensive Boot Camp was not free and it is unfortunate that the student did not attend because the reviews were excellent. We have no record of this student, but if she/he contacts me, I will gladly refund his money in its entirety. The Learning Annex has been in business 28 years, we have had hundreds of thousands of students take our program, and we want only satisfied learners.
