I called on my lease and the fact that my terminal was no longer complient.  I was directed to the asset manager and then was lectured for 20 minutes as to why they were so much smarter than I was and that is why they are in business.  I can now see why googleing there name brings up an entire page of problems and complaints.  I would suggest never doing business with these people and then hopefully they will go away.
