LeaseTrader ripoff Hallandale Florida

I called to place my car for lease on their website. They took the order over the telephone. I asked to be charged for the $89.95 plan. When I received my credit card statement, I found out that I was not only charged $89.95, but also $189.95. I contacted them to reverse the charge for the $189.95, however, they didn't respond to me. Thereafter, I initiated a dispute on my credit card and received notification from them that "Disputed credit card transactions, will be charged a minimum fee of a $100.00 for each time the transaction is disputed, plus any collection and/or attorney fees plus court costs associated with any deviation of our fee structure".

How can they charge a fee to validly dispute this on your credit card? Doesn't make sense to me. Avoid this company at all costs. Bad customer service.
