LED Wholesalers Wantsome Bidsome The_led_guy Excessive shipping fees & no customer service - eBay - RIP-OFF Millbrae California

I purchased a lamp from Ledwholesalers.com also known as the_led_guy on eBay, the shipping label stated Wantsome_Bidsome. The listing has an option to upgrade shipping from first class to Priority Mail for an additional 2.00 fee.

I purchased the expedited shipping service because I needed the lamp to conduct my college studies. Several days later, I received a shipping notice from PayPal informing me of the First Class shipping label regarding this purchase.

Since having knowledge of the misappropriation of shipping fees paid to this person, I contacted this merchant regarding this discrepancy. No response from this merchant was ever received from two separate attempts; first through eBay, and the second e-mail was sent to his website as listed in his customer service contact information.

Basically, this person is offering a premium service and then using the least expensive shipping service possible in order to reap a much greater profit margin; using deceptive tactics, really an unethical business practice.

PayPal and eBay both refuse to pursue this matter, and this merchant knows that service is not included in their dispute resolution policies. Buyer beware when you deal with LEDwholesalers.comm on eBay!

The eBay listing and his website both state the merchandise will ship by UPS. Do you think this merchant will ship first class service from the website when it specifically states UPS delivery??? My order was Priority Mail service by choosing an optional service, you see what I service was used on my order; first class mail took an additional three days delivery.

What a Rip-Off from the_LED_GUY or what ever he calls him self. No customer service, "as stated" to reassure potential customers trust in this merchant.

Overall, www.ledwholesalers.com charged $6.00 for Priority Mail delivery, paid $1.35 First Class delivery, the handling fee for normal service is estimated at 2.50; the remaining 2.00 is an excessive charge, pure profit by stealing from his or her customer's.
