All the previous reports are true. Do not purchase The Monster Program. There is no money back guarantee and PayPal will NOT refund your money. I followed the program to. T, signed up with the phone service, coaching call with Diana, did over 60 labels and did not receive 1 face to face appointment. I have emailed Diana and Lee since October for a refund and no response and no email. I submitted a claim with PayPal but they only cover did not receive and not as described. PayPal will not refund the money. I will be filing a claim with PayPal credit then calling an attorney. Do not buy the program. He talks about one realtor in Vegas that has success. Anyone can have success in Vegas where the market was hit so hard and property values tumbled. I would like my refund before Easter or the next call and email will be from an attorney.

I did not receive any face to face appointments!  I had 4 calls and 3 were not interested, and one was from the son not homeowner.  Refund has been issued and I continue to use the program.  Lee stands behind the produc and the communication error was my fault.

Things got worked out and a refund was issued.  Lee stands behind the refund and the product.  There error was on my end and everything got worked out.  Its a great program and it works!
