Avoid Lee Honsih and the Monster Program.  Lee offers a 100% money back guarantee which he does not live by.  Also claims paypal has buyer protection which is false.  Paypal only allows not as item described or did no receive.

I purchased the monster marketing program and tried it for 30 days.  I followed the program exactly as he described it and received no face to face appoinments.  I purchased an 800#, signed up with a lead company, posted 60 labels and received 4 calls from homeowners who were not interested.  I did everything for 30 days and requested a refund.

He does not repsond to emails, text, messages or phone calls and does not issue refunds.  I have been asking since October 2016 and not a word from him.

He keeps refering to one agent who is in Vegas who had success with his sytem.  Vegas the most depressed city during the recession.  Lee also lost his real estate license for fraud.  Look it up on the CA DRE license look up.

I am asking one last time for a refund.  If not I will take legal action.  I have asked nicely more than once for a refund.  Live up to your 100% money back gurantee.

Client got face to face and wanted refund for failure to convert

AUTHOR: lee honish - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, April 10, 2017

The refund policy: http://www.doyoumonster.com/refund-policy/ The client (Chris) did get face to face and he failed to convert his face to face appointments into listings. The refund policy is for getting face to face appointments guaranteed. We have confirmation from client (Chris) via, text, email and voice that he did get appointments That is why paypal failed to approve the refund, it had not been a full 30 days since his written request for a refund based on "unhappiness" and requesting a refund beyond our refund guidelines on the matter of me loosing my license based on fraud, that is slander (case pending) my license as a salesperson expired http://www2.dre.ca.gov/PublicASP/pplinfo.asp?License_id=01309268 If you would like testimonials or actual feedback from any of the over 1,000 monster users and or about my coaching and mentoring that I have done for the last 7 years please click the link and contact any coaching student randomly through Facebook https://m.facebook.com/groups/238945886249955?ref=bookmarks
