Lee promised for $7K+ he would modify our loan, create out real estate website (Realtor who was looking for personal help with our mortgage and to grow biz). I gave money, he did none of the itememized list he guaranteed.

We paid him prior to August, 2012 and it is now almost a year since requesting the refund.

Here are exact quotes from emails directly from Lee Honish after being paid:

"Your refund is being processed." - Dec 21, 2012

"Lol (NAME) no s**t I will pay her back or you back the money." - March 30, 2013

It is July 14, 2013 and he continues to go to city to city scamming others (we know of others who have been scammed by him only be told to go screw upon requesting guaranteed refund - they intend to write here, too so no one else gets stung by this scammer).
