Legacy Services ripoff I just want to warn people that this company is just another rip-off artist, so be on the look out for them. Champlain New York

Legacy Services contacted me to see if I wanted to receive material to prevent me from getting ripped off by people via the telephone & etc. I ordered the material which cost $349.00, and had set up the order to be paid by eletronic funds transfer.

I changed my mind the next day and called Lagecy Sevices to cancel the order. A customer service rep informed me that the order would be cancelled. The date that was set for Legacy Services to transfer the funds came and went with no problem, but four days later Legacy took the money out of my account, which over drew my account $349.00.

Yes, I know, I should have called the bank, but I took Legacy as an honest company. Boy! was I wrong.

Anyway, I called their customer service again, and was informed by the same person that was suppose to cancel the order, that I had to return the material (that had not even been shipped) before I could get my money back. I asked if they could stop shipment, and was told no. Also, I was informed that the material had to be returned within 30 days.

Well, on the 30 day I did received the material. I returned it. Filled out several forms to get my money back. I never have. I just want to warn people that this company is just another rip-off artist, so be on the look out for them. You could be next.
