I am a Bankruptcy Attorney. these people contacted my clients while in Bankruptcy, so I called them. All the other posts are true, they represent they are "investigators" and "court proceeding will follow". THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. They say they are collecting for a Jeffery Goldsmith & Assoc., in Minneapolis. But if you Google it you will find no such firm exists. CALL THE FTC AND FILE A COMPLAINT. call the FTC Consumer Response Center at 1-877-FTC-HELP. I also found this address at the BBB website.
