Legal Action Recovery Unknown Rude, Unethical, Wrong Information, Accusatory, Nationwide, Georgia

I received a phone call at work on 12/22/2009 and on my cell phone.  Someone named Stanley Keystone said that he was calling me to inform me about a payday loan I had taken out in May 2005 with Instant Cash Loans.  I asked him to provide supporting documentation as I had never heard of this payday loan company and I have never had a payday loan in my life.  I knew it was a scam at the beginning, I just wanted to see what information I could get out of him.  I have had similar calls like this within the past two months.  I have reported all of these calls to the Gwinnett County Police Department and my attorney and they have all said this is a scam.  The un-nerving part is that they have my social security number and my current address and I do not know what else they have but I've reported this as Identity Theft and the police are investigating these scam artists.
