Legal Affidavit Office - US National Bank my husband recieved a phone call from these people they said we had taken out a ppay day loan ,told my husband they needed a debit card number and he had to pay 1,100 or he was going to jail Lake Wood California Nationwide

my husband recieved a phone call from a man with a india accent. he told my husband that on november 20 of 2007 a pay day loan was deposited into out account and he read our account number to us. well me knowing there was never a pay day loan done i called my bank got the records printed for proof. but they said that didnt matter if we did not pay 1,100 dollars my husband would be in jail monday.

i kept calling them insisting on information but they would not tell us anything, only to be ready for the consiquences and to have a attorney. they would not give me a address were they were from or the amount they was claiming that was suppose to have been deposited into my bank .thay wouldn't tell me anything. thay would place me on hold and then someone different they say come to the phone but it always sounded like the same person with the same accent.

i called numerous times i even then provided them with a attorney name and fax number for them to fax the information to then they told me it was to late it would do no good for them to fax the information to my attorney that my husband will just be arrested if not paid.

but when i spoke to my attorney just the day before she said a lady was in her office crying because she got this same threat from the same company and they will not respond to the attorney. also i called 411 and found this number is a private number but they kindly told me it is a cell phone and located in lake wood california. i called the better business bureu they have 4 reports on them but to find a actual company no one could do so.

i called the federal trade commision also the attorney general this clearly is a scam law inforcement has been notified both cities, towns, states, and federal authorities are investigating the past numbers that these people have used if you call them now they have a recording of how stupid americans are but they messed with the wrong american this time i will not let it go until these thiefs are behind bars !!! if you want to talk to me email me at (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))
