Legal Affidavit Office - US National Bank Legal Affidavit Office calling saying you owe on Payday Loan from 2 or more years ago DON'T FALL FOR THIS!! San Francisco California

Well on September 24, 2008 I received a phone call from Chris Matthews with the Legal Affidavit Office in San Francisco, I was told that I took out a payday loan on November 2006 with Fast Cash Payday. I have taken out payday loans in the past but have paid them all in full. I was told that the amout of the loan was $325.00 and that I now owe $967.00. I was also told that if I didn't pay it that the fees could amount to $5484.00. I'm finding the same situation as each and everyone who has posted a report on these people. I called my lawyer he told me it was all bogus, if in fact any of us owed money on a payday loan we would have the right to have documents to that effect sent to us. I was also told to send a fax to a John Hudson at 213-996-3940 with a letter of apology and saying I would make good on my debt. If any one who attempts to collect on a debt they are legally required to send you documents to that effect.

Please don't give these people the time of day, the accents are a very heavy indian accents. In fact while I was writing this report up they called me at my job again I told them I have my bank statements in front of me and no payday loan was deposited into my account as they had stated, he then asked me who I spoke to I told him Chris Matthews he said I will have him call you back, I said no you won't, remove my number you all are no good, then they hung up on me.

This is a fraud folks! Beware!
