Legal CPN Www.LegalCPN.com Company said to deposit money into a bank account and tradelines would appear on CPN according to agreement Troy Michigan

On March 24, 2016 I contracted with a company called Legal CPN at www.legalcpn.com. I paid them $1300 in exchange for them posting two authorized user account tradelines onto my Credit Privacy Number (CPN). The contract is an electronic contract they have on their website and is completely electronic. The first tradeline was supposed to post on April 1, 2016 and the second was supposed to post on April 16, 2016. After seeing the first tradeline didn’t post on April 1, 2016 as promised, I contacted their customer support team at 1-888-675-7773 to see what the issue was. They said someone would return my call. After I few days and no return call I decided to call the customer service line and was again told that someone would return my call. They also suggested I send an email to legalcpn@legalcpn.com, which I did. After a few days with no response I called customer service again and was told they were having issues and are working on resolving the issues. I was told that my request would be elevated to a higher manager who would return my call. I did not receive a return call or a response to my email. I continued to call pretty much every day and was continuously told that my request would be elevated to a higher manager and I would receive a return call. As of the date of this letter/submission I have not been refunded my $1,300, have not received a return call or a response to my email.
