I received a call from (305) 507-8549.   Based on the noise in the background, it sounded like the caller was calling from a call-center.    He had a foreign accent.    He informed me that I was entitled to compensation because of a blood-thinning medication I was on.     I am not on any such medication but I asked him how he knew that.   He said one of my family members must have inputed my name into the website.    I asked which family member.   He did not know.  I asked for the name of the website and he said it has been shut down now.    I asked him for what it used to be so I can look it up and he said "Legal help center.com".    He said they were out of Miami, FL.   He persisted in asking about my medical history which I responded that I wasn't going to discuss that with him.   He then switched gears and said "maybe it is someone in your family then that is taking this medication".    He insisted that he was merely trying to get me the compensation I was entitled to.    When I pressed him with more questions, he said nevermind and hung up.   No one in my family would have entered my information (especially false information)into a website.    I am certain he was trolling for personal information and likely wanted my bank account information so he could deposit my "fortune".     Be careful!!!

Complaint Linked to Incorrect Company

AUTHOR: Nicole with Legal Help Center - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, January 29, 2018

This complaint has been linked to the wrong company - this complaint should be directed to http://legalhelpcenters.com/

LegalHelpCenter.com is in now way associated with LegalHelpCenters.com.  Our company, Legal Help Center, only assists accident injury victims and is not connected with Legal Help Centers which assists with lawsuits associated with prescription drugs.
