Legal Helpers - Macey & Aleman Rip off no help almost a year later Dayton, Ohio

I hired MAcey and Aleman in november of 2009 for a bankrutcy service.  It is now August of 2010 and my case has yet to be  filed. They have maybe called me 3 times in the past 10 months and only to tell me that they need proof of income for the third time. They have lost my documents 3 times so now that I have cancelled their services I ask that all of my documents be returned to me Well guess what not even half of my documents have been returned. So somewhere out there my personal information is floating around. Also they tell me that they will prorate my services and refund what time that they have'nt spent on my case. Well the way I look at it I should be due a full refund they have done nothing for me. So please reconsider if you or anybody you know plans on hiring them. Now that I have paid them $1300.00 and probably will not recieve one dime back I have to start over with another attorney but I did do research on this attorney and turns out he is an excellent attorney. However I still have to come up with another $1300 to pay the other attorney. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS FIRM TELLS YOU.
