Legal Home Loan Solutions guarantees you will qualify for your Home Modification plan, and charges $2500.00 for an up front charge. When my loan was submitted to Chase, Chase denied it stating I never had at least 60 days late. Legal Home Loan Solutions lied to me up front, stating I qualified. I found out later a Home Modification was free.
