I took a payday loan out in april & this month in may they called my mother & told her that I was going to prison for 20 years for bank fraud. That he was a detective. I talked to them they told me the same thing I told them all they will do is sue me then garnish my wages. They tried to tell me they could not do that because they are in Texas. I said I wasn't & they said that was true. . I took out 200 dollars. I had to pay back 650 dollars. I paid them to please my family but I would of just let them sue me. I could not afford to do that. I had to take my rent money to pay them now I'm past due on my rent. I asked for their address they said he could not give it out for their security. But I found it on line. The person I talked to told me that there was no way to prove what was said.
