I got this service because I was called by there rep. She advisied me that legal shield would help me get a letter written up and then if I needed them more I had many choices. Started off with taken extra money, let that slide then she was complaining on refunding me that money. Saying that it was so small.

Then I had a a so called lawyer call me and tell me, at the same time i was on the phone with the EEOC and he told me to appeal their decision and that I needed to email them and tell him what information needed to be in a letter I told him the info he sent a email back stating that they didnt help with that. I reached out on many different times nothing back. Finally I contact someone above him when this is months later they contact me. after they took another payment and I took my card off the sysytem and they couldnt get a payment they were following up on my complaint. and asked me to pay so they could help me, I said no and I wanted a refund. they transfered me from person to person and then I was yelled at and told I was lying and that the guy I was working with longer worked for the company and sorry they didnt inform me.
