The sales associate program is a complete ripoff, with no help once they have signed you up.

There is no problem taking your money, but when you want to cancel, they make it very difficult.

legal shield and Powerschapman I do not recommend using these companies for legal purposes. it is a joke and there follow through takes too long and does not work around anyone's schedule. This is the worst prepaid legal I have ever worked with. do not use them. save your money! I have a paid subscription and I have to wait for a call back normally by end of day when I am going home. I tell them to call me back during earlier hours and no response! troy Michigan
