Legendary Lending, American Funding, Vance Luedtke Broker does not paying paychecks and commissions to employees and independent contractors California

This company does not pay its employees paychecks and shorts loan officers right before commissions are due lets them go to not have to pay. He also makes his LOs pay for appraisals and others expenses then makes them jump through hoops to be reimbursed for it at all. The owner is a scam artist- google Vance Luedke and Legendary Lending... there are actually other reports on Ripoff report but I thought it was important for people to know he is still up to his same scams. American Funding is actually who is pretending to operate is busines as, but it is a DBA of Legendary Lending, which he had to change the name due to all of the negative reviews and lawsuits. The owner also has changed his name several times, and used the company name Alpine Lending which also was shut down. Vance has been arrested for cocaine possession in 2015 (see google search), and by how he is running this company I would not be surprised if he still is drugged up, he is all over the place and company is a mess, he claims to 'help' veterans a guise to take advantage of them and others in need. He is withdrawling thousands of dollars a week in cash personally out of the business account, going to lavish dinners at Mastros and Javiers and other places on the company account (yes I had access to the company bank account to verify). Then telling the employees he cant afford to pay them, both hourly wage W-2 and 1099 LOs and processors. He is falsifying governement financials with the IRS and Franchise Tax board, and not paying seriously past due taxes. He is in process of opening a new mortgage company to get out from consquences, from how he was talking it sounds like he is going to open in under someone elses name and or change his name once again. I have emails and texts documentation verifying he is aware he owed me my paycheck, after working for almost a month with no pay. He is aware i had to pay for child care and drive to and from work and that not getting paid puts me and my family in a tough spot, and promised to pay but now will not even reply.
