Leif's Auto Collision failed to do promised oil change during collision repair! Tigard Oregon

While our car was in for collison repair, Leif's staff promised us, multiple times, that a free oil change would be done when the car was finished. When my daughter went to pick up the car I asked over the phone if the car got an oil change, she asked, and was told yes. Three months later the car goes back to Leif's for a 'free oil change' and they tell us the car never got one when it was in for repair, and that there was only one quart of oil left in the car.

I called and spoke to a manager named Nate Moritz, who told me that the oil change during the repair was not authorized, so it was not done, and that they made no attempt to get an authorization. In addition Nate said that the car had a jiffly lube sticker on it showing the car was allready 6,000 miles overdue when in for repair. During the course of the collision repair they even went so far as to pull the spark plugs to 'pimp' additional repair services, yes they cared so much about the long term health of our car that they failed to do the one service the car was actually 'begging' for. In short, a company that lies, takes no responsiblity, and then makes stupid, vindictive, excuses for their lack of any real concern. I then posted this 4 times to their 'We will respond in 72 Hour' web based complaint line, but guess what, no call backs. And this is all true!
