What a complete waste of valuable time dealing with these "experts" are.  I tried for the ENTIRE month of July to get a custom pool liner from them, only to be constantly told I was measuring the pool wrong and it didn't work in their CAD program.  The pool was measured by 4 seperate people, all coming up with the same dimensions.  The liner was removed and the actual panels measured, same dimensions.  But for some reason it just never worked.  Of course this was AFTER they had charged my credit card (not just authorized, but ACTUALLY charged) upon taking the order.  To their credit, they did refund the amount (after I told them I was going to contact the credit card processing company, report them to the BBB and consult legal consel - all of which I am currently doing).

I should also add that it would take about a week between me supplying dimensions before they would tell me they didn't work.  Not a day or even two, but an entire week.  I even asked to speak to the person doing the CAD so he/she could direct me on what to measure.  Couldn't be bothered.  Because of this I lost the use of my pool during July, the hotest month of the year, thanks to a company that had no desire to work with or please a customer.

But don't take my word for it, here's an email I got from the Director of Sales, Sean Corrigan:

In response to your e-mails regarding the purchase of a custom in ground liner, our position is as follows.

Actually, it is the staffs of Leisure Living and Findlay Vinyl that have been investing too much time on this order. Numerous drawings, e-mails and phone calls have been made on your behalf with no completion of the correctly needed measurements.   You have to understand that the accuracy of the measurements is critical for the making of a custom liner. The numbers must add up in order for the CAD machine to process, cut and fabricate a liner.  The Auto Cad program will not accept measurements that don't add up.  No liner manufacturing company will accept an order with measurements that do not add up.  We cannot arbitrarily make changes to your measurements to do "whatever it takes" to make a custom liner.

If you were able to provide measurements that the CAD program accepted, we would not be in this dilemma.  At this point, we have refunded the entire purchase price. Might we suggest alternative sources for your custom in ground liner such as,

So in the future don't even bother trying to get them to process anything special.  Just do as the Director of Sales says and go to one of the alternative sources!
