I purchased two beauty products which were FREE except s&h. We looked at our bill and almost 100 dollars was charged! To top it off, it was charged under a totally different name than either product I purchased; eloquence eye. After calling and sitting on hold over 15 minutes, I reach a customer service rep who stated the MAX refund was 50%. I threatened with Bbb, was put on hold another 5 min, but in the end the guy did "get the approval" for a full refund.
