I signed up for the Je Jeune anti aging cream trial. It didnt work very well AND i ran into some financial trouble so i didnt want to continue it seeing as it is also rediculously expensive.

I called the customer service to cancel the account because it was about to charge me for a new round of two products all full price, totalling $183.76...for face cream.

The man i talked to was super nice and said he was sorry i couldnt continue it and said no more products would be shiped to me and no money would be taken out of my account.

Today when i went to get gas my card was declined, turns out not only did they still charge me, they shipped the products as well.

So i called back and talked with a girl who said that it would take 2 days for them to even get around to checking out the monitored phone call from my last call, but they would not refund it until i sent it back to them at my own expense and even then it would take 15 days to refund.

She was very hard to understand, she sounded confused and tripped over every sentence. She said that i could have 50% refunded today and then send the products back when it got to me and get refunded the rest except for a $10 charge for re-shelving...what?

So i took the offer and when i tried to confirm that the rest would be re-funded after i shipped the order back the girl said no, you just agreed to getting half back and then keeping the product.

I told her she was confusing and unclear and she appologized but said there was nothing she could do since i said yes to the 50%.

I asked her to have my first call checked and asked how they would contact me and she had no idea.

Terrible customer service, liars, scammed me out of a lot of money and now i have a useless product to throw away.
