I have purchased Lenovo TP Helix Model 3701-4EU with mobile broadband modem Ericson C5621 gw. The card was not working with my mobile operator "Verizone", and I have called Lenovo Tech support who has to ship back the machine for repair. I did send back the machine for a week where they have replaced the mother board. The machine came back missing the SIM tray, and with same problem. after few calls with them nothing happen. Lenovo claims on their Personnel System refernce page 13 that this model type Mobile modem is "selectable" which means that it can work with any mobile operator. This is obviously misleading and it cost me more than 3 weeks of calls and wasted time and resources to no avail. Lenovo Shame on you.
