Lenoxx Electronics Corp The dvd player i bought from wal-mart went completely out after only using two times. I sent them to the company under warranty through UPS and never seen my products again or heard anything from the company. I have all receipts including UPS shipping information. Edison New Jersey

I bought the dual dvd player from Wal-Mart for my kids. It worked great the first time and then i thought the battery was dead so i plugged it in. It didn't work after that, so while it was still under warrenty i sent the dvd players to the Company to be fixed. I have not heard anything from them at all. I have tried calling and the number is not working. I still have all receipts and the UPS information. I am out of all that money and don't even have the players cause they never sent them back either.
